高校档案信息化建设是时代发展,科技进步的必然产物。从这个角度出发,高校档案信息化建设有着极为重要的现实意义。本文首先对高校档案信息化建设的基本概念做了系统的论述分析,详细阐述了高校档案信息化建设所包含的基本内容。而后又深入分析了高校档案信息化建设对传统档案管理模式的基本冲击。最后,结合自身多年工作研究经验,针对新时期高校档案信息化建设策略,笔者做了观点性和理论性的论述分析。
The construction of university archives information is the inevitable product of the development of the times and the progress of science and technology. From this perspective, the construction of college archives information has extremely important practical significance. Firstly, this paper systematically analyzes the basic concepts of archives informationization in colleges and universities, and elaborates on the basic contents of archives informationization in colleges and universities. Then it analyzes the basic impact of college archives informatization construction on the traditional archives management mode. Finally, combined with my own years of research experience, for the new era of college archives information construction strategy, the author made a point of view and theoretical analysis.
