在领导班子讨论或决定问题的过程中,时常会出现意见.对这些“不一致的声音”,有的领导者处理起来往往比较简单,或“一棍子打死”,强求一致;或付诸表决,草草了事.这其实都是不正确的做法.我们所以实行集体领导,就在于这种领导方式有利于集思广益,有利于发扬民主,听取各方面的意见,最终形成正确的决策.因此,出现反对意见不仅是正常的,而且还是一个领导班子有无活力的体现.而在反对意见中,有破坏性的意见,也有建设性的意见,它们当中蕴含着极其丰富而珍贵的信息.作为“一把手”,对反对意见要正确认识,冷静分析,善于处理,不断提高运用反对意见的能力.
