急性白血病是常见恶性肿瘤之一,青少年中尤多见。我省白血病死亡率为2.67/10万人口,在恶性肿瘤死亡中占第七位。在14岁以下年龄组占第一位,15～34岁年龄组占第二位。积极防治白血病应为我省医疗战线的重要任务。我们曾报告1976年1月至1978年1月治疗的急性白血病31例,加上1978年后病例综合分析于后。
Acute leukemia is one of the common malignant tumors, especially in adolescents. The leukemia mortality rate in our province is 2.67 per 100 000 population, accounting for the seventh in the death of malignant tumors. In the age group under 14 years first, 15 to 34 age group accounted for second place. Active prevention and treatment of leukemia should be an important task for our province’s medical front. We reported 31 cases of acute leukemia treated between January 1976 and January 1978, followed by a combined case analysis after 1978.
