为合理布置空气悬架导向机构横拉杆位置,通过确定整车侧倾力矩中心,得到车辆转弯时的车身侧倾角和各车轮负荷,再根据车轮负荷与轮胎侧偏角的关系,求得整车轮胎侧偏角。计算结果表明,适当提高侧倾力矩中心位置,即合理设计横拉杆位置,可减小车身侧倾角;侧倾力矩中心高度对整车轮胎侧偏角有一定影响。相关研究可为空气悬架导向机构横拉杆位置与车辆转向特性的匹配设计提供依据和方法。
In order to reasonably arrange the tie rod position of the air suspension guide mechanism, the roll angle and the wheel load of the vehicle are obtained by determining the center of rolling moment of the vehicle, and then the relationship between the wheel load and the tire slip angle is obtained Car tire side angle. The calculation results show that proper increase of the center position of roll moment, that is, the rational design of the tie rod position, can reduce the roll angle of the vehicle body; and the center of roll moment has a certain influence on the roll angle of the vehicle tire. The relevant research can provide the basis and method for the matching design of tie rod position and vehicle steering characteristics of air suspension guide mechanism.
