近年来,e-learning正成为包括企业界在内的各行业、各领域研究的一种主要的学习方式。作为企业知识管理的核心组成,知识社区已成为推动知识交流、传递、共享和创新的催化剂。文章以美国AM公司成功实施基于知识社区的e-learning为案例,从战略、技术、流程和人力资源四个管理层面来分析其基于知识社区的e-learning的构建过程,并探讨了企业实施基于知识社区的e-learning的关键成功因素。
In recent years, e-learning is becoming a major learning method in various fields and fields including the business community. As the core component of enterprise knowledge management, the knowledge community has become a catalyst to promote knowledge exchange, transmission, sharing and innovation. Based on the successful implementation of e-learning based on knowledge community by American AM Company, this paper analyzes the process of building e-learning based on knowledge community from the four management aspects of strategy, technology, process and human resources, and discusses how to implement e- Key Success Factors for e-learning in Knowledge Communities.
