案例简介:本期案例针对上海农工商多年来发展的得与失,从几个方面进行了分析。上海农工商虽然是计划体制的产物,但仍给人以启示。背景资料上海农工商上海农工商的前身是上海市农场管理局,经过多年的发展,从管辖着下属18个国营农场和在市区的5大直属公司,发展成为具有较为齐全的工农业生产基地,既有门类较多的加工工业,又拥有农场及农副产品的深加工基地的企业集团。但属下企业的发展状况不一。
