目的了解阿托伐他汀对不稳定心绞痛患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的疗效。方法50例确诊为不稳定心绞痛的患者给予阿托伐他汀20mg治疗,分别于治疗前、治疗4周、12周时测患者血清MMP-9和hs-CRP浓度。结果阿托伐他汀治疗4周后患者血清MMP-9和hs-CRP浓度较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),12周时MMP-9和hs-CRP较4周时明显下降(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀能有效降低不稳定心绞痛患者血清MMP-9和hs-CRP的浓度,而且随着治疗时间的延长,MMP-9和hs-CRP进一步降低。
Objective To investigate the effects of atorvastatin on serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods Fifty patients with unstable angina pectoris were treated with atorvastatin 20 mg, and serum MMP-9 and hs-CRP concentrations were measured before treatment, 4 weeks and 12 weeks respectively. Results Serum levels of MMP-9 and hs-CRP were significantly decreased at 4 weeks after atorvastatin treatment (P <0.05), and at 12 weeks, MMP-9 and hs-CRP were significantly decreased compared with those at 4 weeks ). Conclusions Atorvastatin can effectively reduce the levels of serum MMP-9 and hs-CRP in patients with unstable angina pectoris, and further decrease the levels of MMP-9 and hs-CRP with the prolongation of treatment time.
