患者27岁,孕2产1,停经5月余,宋次月经1988年10月29日,无生育指标,于1989年4月7日入院引产。查体:体温36.6℃,脉搏72/min,血压14.6/9.3kPa(110/70mmHg),一般状态好,心肺检查无异常、腹软,肝脾未触及,宫体脐下一横指,可触及胎体及胎动,胎心音隐约可闻。外阴经产形,阴道粘膜松软弹性好,色正常,宫颈Ⅱ°糜烂,子宫增大约5~+月大小,双侧附件未见异常,血尿便常规正常,肝功能正常。
