Objective To investigate the characteristics of postpartum vaginal microflora by investigating the constitution of postpartum vaginal flora. Methods From June 2012 to January 2013, women in full-term vaginal delivery in Shenzhen MCH and 6 to 8 weeks after delivery were selected as the puerperal group. In the same period, 100 healthy women were selected as the control group, vaginal discharge Cleanliness, pH and presence or absence of Trichomonas vaginalis, Candida and distribution of flora, to explore the characteristics of postpartum vaginal microflora. Results Compared with healthy women, puerperal women had higher vaginal pH, cleaner cleanliness, abnormal BV score, significantly lower detection rate of lactobacilli in vagina, and vaginal dominant bacteria changed from Lactobacillus to pathogenic bacteria, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Postpartum women vaginal micro-ecology has been severely damaged, as early as possible postpartum women should be tested vaginal secretions, and from the micro-ecological point of view to find a safe and effective way to restore postpartum vaginal microecology balance, prevent the occurrence of genital tract infection .
