党的十七届三中全会结束不久,省政协十届四次常委会就围绕促进城乡一体化建设进行了专题议政。这次会议共有14位同志作了大会发言。这些发言调查充分、材料翔实、立论深刻,问题抓得准,建议提得好,对推动河南作为全国第一人口大省、农业大省、产粮大省的城乡一体化具有重要决策参考价值。为此,本刊摘要编发部分发言要点,以期对我省城乡一体化工作起到积极的促进作用。
Shortly after the Third Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, the Fourth Standing Committee of the Tenth Provincial People’s Political Consultative Conference held a thematic discussion on the promotion of urban-rural integration. A total of 14 comrades made a speech at the conference. These speeches have sufficient investigations, informative materials, profound arguments, precise grasping of questions and good suggestions, and are of great value to decision-making for promoting Henan’s urban-rural integration as the first large province of China, a big agricultural province and a large grain-producing province. To this end, this magazine summarizes the key points made part of speech, with a view to promoting the integration of urban and rural areas in our province play a positive role in promoting.
