减阻剂是一种能减少流体在输送时所受阻力的试剂。多为水溶性或油溶性的高分子聚合物。由于流体的摩擦阻力限制了流体在管道中的流动,因此造成管道输量降低和能量消耗增加,而高聚物减阻法则是在流体中注入少量的高分子聚合物,使之在紊流状态下降低流动的阻力。目前,减阻剂广泛应用于原油和成品油管道输送,成为在特定地段提高管道流通能力和降低能耗的重要手段。而长期以来,技术被国外垄断,只卖产品不卖技术,高昂的制剂价格让我们十分被动。在这种情况下,“输油管道α-烯烃系列减阻剂开发及其制备工艺”项目的完成,使我国石油生命线全线提速。
