目的 :考察不同条件下活性炭对左旋氧氟沙星含量的影响。方法 :用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸左旋氧氟沙星在不同活性炭用量 ,煮沸时间及不同pH值条件下含量降低程度。结果 :随着活性炭用量的增加 ,煮沸时间的延长 ,活性炭对左旋氧氟沙星吸附增强 ,在pH4.2~ 5 .7范围内 ,pH值改变活性炭对含量几乎无影响。结论 :在盐酸左旋氧氟沙星注射液制备过程中 ,活性炭用量控制在 0 .0 5 %。煮沸 5分钟 ,pH值控制在 4.5~ 5 .5 ,增加 7%的投料量 ,注射液含量在合格范围内。
Objective: To investigate the effect of activated carbon on levofloxacin content under different conditions. Methods: The content of levofloxacin hydrochloride was determined by UV spectrophotometry under the condition of different amount of activated carbon, boiling time and different pH value. Results: With the increase of the amount of activated carbon and the prolongation of boiling time, the adsorption of activated carbon on levofloxacin was enhanced. In the range of pH 4.2 ~ 5.7, the change of pH value had little effect on the content of activated carbon. Conclusion: During the preparation of levofloxacin hydrochloride injection, the amount of activated carbon was controlled at 0.05%. Boil for 5 minutes, pH control at 4.5 ~ 5 .5, an increase of 7% of the amount of feed, the injection content within the acceptable range.
