全面建成小康社会,实现中国梦,实现农业和农村现代化,需要培养造就一大批高素质的新型职业农民。在加快推进农业现代化、全面深化农村改革的新时期,如何加强职业农民教育,有多少农民能够作为新型职业农民培育对象,农民在生产经营过程中对培训有什么样的需求,在培训时间、内容、后续跟踪指导等方面有什么想法。带着这些问题,通过座谈交流、实地调查、走访农户、经营大户等方式,对洪泽县三河镇务农劳动力进行解剖,深入了解农民对教育培训的需求,寻求新形势下职业农民教育的有效途径。
