社会养老服务发展监测指标体系包含人口数据、福利补贴、服务保障、资金保障和队伍建设等5个一级指标。它是我国第一次对社会养老服务发展所进行的系统监测,是社会养老服务体系建设工作的一个创举,也是现代民政工作方式的一次有益探索。它的建立就像给社会养老服务发展提供了一把标尺,有助于各级民政部门把握发展方向,掌握发展动态,评估发展绩效,从而进一步提高科学决策水平和工作推动能力。
The monitoring index system for the development of social care services includes five first-level indicators of population data, welfare subsidies, service support, capital support and team building. It is the first systematic monitoring of the development of social care services in our country. It is a pioneering work in the construction of social pension service system and a useful exploration of modern civil work methods. Its establishment is like providing a measure for the development of social pension service, which helps civil affairs departments at all levels grasp the development direction, grasp the development trend and evaluate the development performance so as to further improve the scientific decision-making level and work promotion ability.
