最近,全國學校已結束了升级考試和畢業考試。學校的教師和領導就有可能來總結他們一年來的工作。現在,當我們回顧一學年的學校工作時,也就可以看出教師黨組織的工作水平。每一個教師黨組織,都應該成爲教師集體中的主導的和基本的力量。教師黨組織的使命,就是嚴格地遵守蘇聯共產黨黨章來更完滿地實現這種先進作用,使黨組織的活動能夠貫徹到學校生活的一切方面去。提高教師的政治思想水平,以黨章的要求來教育共產黨員,加強黨員和非黨員教師的政治積極性,全力開展自我批評和自下而上的批評——這就是黨組織應該經常關心的問題。
Recently, the national schools have completed the upgrade exams and graduation exams. It is possible for school teachers and leaders to summarize their work over the past year. Now, when we review the work of a school year, we can also see the working level of the teaching party organization. Every teacher’s party organization should become the leading and basic force in the teacher’s collective. The mission of the party organization of teachers is to strictly comply with the party constitution of the Soviet Communist Party to achieve this advanced role more satisfactorily so that the activities of the party organizations can be carried out in all aspects of school life. Improve teachers’ political and ideological level, educate party members with the requirements of the party constitution, strengthen the political enthusiasm of party members and non-party teachers, and exercise full self-criticism and bottom-up criticism - this is a problem that party organizations should always be concerned about.
