目的观察青光眼白内障三联术的效果。方法对15例20眼施行巩膜下小梁切除白内障囊外摘出联合后房型人工晶状体植入手术。结果视力：术前≤0．0214眼，≥0．04～0．16眼，术后0．1～0．412眼，0．5～0．98眼。平均眼压：术前2．98kPa，术后2．31kPa。术后早期有葡萄膜炎反应，无严重并发症。结论表明闭角型青光眼合并白内障三联术能取得良好效果，但应注意适应证选择和术中操作与术后处理。
Objective To observe the effect of triple glaucoma cataract surgery. Methods Fifteen patients (20 eyes) underwent scleral trabeculectomy with extracapsular cataract extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Results Visual acuity: ≤0.0214 eyes before surgery, ≥0.04 ~ 0.16 eyes, postoperative 0.1 ~ 0.412 eyes, 0.5 ~ 0.98 eyes. Mean intraocular pressure: preoperative 2.98kPa, postoperative 2.31kPa. Early postoperative uveitis reaction, no serious complications. The conclusion shows that angle-closure glaucoma with cataract triple therapy can achieve good results, but should pay attention to the choice of indications and intraoperative and postoperative management.
