采用多孔介质模型,对全自动鱼雷网式过滤器的清水流场进行了数值模拟,并将计算结果和物理试验结果进行了定量对比,同时对全自动鱼雷网式过滤器不同出水口位置下的流场进行了数值模拟。结果表明,数值模拟计算结果和物理试验结果吻合较好,数值计算结果是可靠和准确的,进而采用多孔介质模型对全自动鱼雷网式过滤器的结构进行优化。通过对比分析速度场和压强场,出水口位置位于X=0.45~0.65m处是最合理的。
The porous medium model was used to simulate the clean water flow field of a fully automatic torpedo mesh filter. The calculated results and the physical test results were compared quantitatively. At the same time, The flow field is numerically simulated. The results show that the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the physical test results. The numerical results are reliable and accurate. Then the porous media model is used to optimize the structure of the automatic torpedo filter. By comparing the velocity field with the pressure field, it is most reasonable to locate the outlet at X = 0.45 ~ 0.65m.
