近期杭州楼盘的成交量在不断萎缩,市场观望气氛日益浓厚,楼盘打折、降价等现象已经逐步显现。楼市处于一种不温不火的状态,大多数消费者在购房的态度上相比前几年都要理性很多,一直处于观望状态。相应的西区很多楼盘也推出打折措施,但是成交量持续走低,不过西溪蝶园、白马尊邸在近两周都有所突破。
