分析了制约地方院校校企合作的主要因素与问题,介绍了当前地方院校深入推进校企合作的有利政策环境,以陕西理工学院通信工程专业为例,阐述了地方院校应用型本科专业在校企合作背景下进行实践教学优化改革的具体思路与措施,介绍了陕西理工学院通信工程专业在培养方案与实践教学体系优化改革、实践教学硬件环境优化建设、实践教学模式优化改革、完善工程师资培养渠道与措施等方面的具体做法。
This paper analyzes the main factors and problems restricting the cooperation between schools and enterprises in local colleges and universities and introduces the favorable policy environment for local colleges and universities to further promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises. Taking the communication engineering specialty of Shaanxi Institute of Technology as an example, this paper expounds the application of undergraduate majors Under the background of the cooperation between school and enterprise, this paper introduces the specific ideas and measures for the reform of practical teaching in Shaanxi University of Science and Technology. It also introduces the optimization and reform of teaching and learning system of Shaanxi Institute of Technology in terms of training program and practice, optimization of teaching hardware environment, optimization and reform of practice teaching mode, Teacher training channels and measures and other aspects of the specific practices.
