企业文化是指在一定的社会经济条件下通过社会实践所形成的并为全体成员遵循的共同意识、价值观念、职业道德、行为规范和准则的总和。它是社会文化与组织管理实践相融合的产物,在管理实践中发挥了巨大的作用。但随着电子商务的迅速发展,一定会给经济、社会以及人们的行为方式和观念带来了一场深刻的变革。文章将从一个任教电子商务课老师的角度来谈论电子商务和企业文化。
Corporate culture refers to the sum of common sense, values, professional ethics, codes of conduct and guidelines formed by social practice under certain social and economic conditions and followed by all members. It is a product of the combination of social culture and organizational management practices and has played a huge role in management practice. However, with the rapid development of e-commerce, it will definitely bring profound changes to the economic, social and people’s behaviors and concepts. The article will talk about e-commerce and corporate culture from the perspective of a teacher teaching e-commerce.
