今年年初公安部党委提出警察的职业化问题,这对于承担着公安学历教育和公安民警培训教育的职业学校来说,是一个新的发展机遇。这种机遇不仅是办学形式或办学层次上的嬗变,更为重要的是办学质量和办学水平的飞跃与进步。为更好地适应公安工作和队伍建设的这种现实需要,有必要进一步深化民警职业培训教育机制,要不断获取公安工作对人才培养要求的信息,要充当先进精神文化的传播者,向公安工作和社会施以影响,为全力服务和保障公安机关实现新的跨越做出积极的贡献。
