目的探讨抗核抗体(ANA)、抗dsDNA抗体和抗ENA抗体对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的诊断价值,及ANA阳性的荧光核型特点。方法 ANA和抗dsDNA抗体采用间接免疫荧光法检测,抗ENA抗体检测采用酶免疫斑点法。结果 40例SLE患者中ANA、抗dsDNA抗体、抗SSA抗体的阳性率分别为95%、55%、50%,ANA阳性的荧光核型以均质型(60%)和斑点型(27.5%)为主。结论 ANA、抗dsDNA抗体是SLE重要的自身抗体,抗ds-DNA抗体与抗ENA抗体联合检测,对SLE的诊断、治疗、预后等均有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of anti-nuclear antibody (ANA), anti-dsDNA antibody and anti-ENA antibody in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and the characteristics of ANA-positive fluorescent karyotype. Methods ANA and anti-dsDNA antibodies were detected by indirect immunofluorescence assay and anti-ENA antibody by enzyme immunoassay.
