在国家快速发展的过程中,无论发生何种改变,但是知识传承是永恒不变的,只有将我国源远流长的文化知识传递下来,国家才能更好地发展。中华文化的传承离不开图书馆,图书馆中所藏书籍是我国文化的体现,人们可以在图书馆中阅读书籍,进而丰富自己的文化素养。图书资料管理人员是图书馆中的重要组成部分,其开展的工作是资料被人们利用的基础,因此,提高图书资料管理人员的综合素质是非常有必要的。本文就如何提高图书资料管理人员的综合素质进行了深入地分析,并阐述了自己的见解,以供参考。
No matter what changes happen in the process of rapid national development, knowledge inheritance is immutable. Only when our culture knowledge with a long history has been passed down can our country develop better. The inheritance of Chinese culture can not be separated from the library. The books in the library are the embodiment of Chinese culture. People can read books in the library and enrich their cultural accomplishments. Library information management staff is an important part of the library, and its work is the basis for the use of information, therefore, it is very necessary to improve the overall quality of library materials management staff.
