目的建立菊苣根的HPLC指纹图谱,探讨指纹图谱在菊苣质量评价方面的应用。方法采用AgilentZORBAX SB-C18为色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,在80 min内梯度洗脱,检测波长为254 nm。采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统生成对照图谱,并进行相似度分析。结果 7批菊苣根药材的指纹图谱包含13个共有峰,对7个不同产地的菊苣根进行方法学考察,其稳定性、仪器精密度、试验方法重复性的相似度均在0.9以上。结论菊苣根药材的指纹图谱有较高的相似度,建立了菊苣根的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of chicory root and discuss the application of fingerprinting in the quality evaluation of chicory. Methods The Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution and the gradient was eluted within 80 min. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. The similarity map of chromatographic fingerprint of TCM was used to generate the control map and the similarity analysis. Results The fingerprints of seven batches of chicory root medicinal materials contained 13 common peaks, and the methodological study of seven chicory roots in different habitats was carried out. The similarity of their repeatability, stability, instrument precision and test method were above 0.9. Conclusion The fingerprints of chicory root medicinal materials have high similarity, and the HPLC fingerprinting method of chicory root was established.
