本文对新形势下加强高职院校就业指导教师队伍建设的必要性展开论述,结合省内高职院校就业指导师资队伍建设的调研情况,从学生就业指导专业化的角度提出构建新型高职院校学生就业指导教师队伍建设的对策,即明晰就业指导队伍建设的目标、加强专业培训工作和建立相应的奖励政策机制等。
This article discusses the necessity of strengthening the construction of employment guidance faculty in higher vocational colleges under the new situation. Combining with the research on the construction of employment guidance faculty in vocational colleges in the new situation, this paper proposes that from the point of view of employment guidance professionalism, The countermeasures for the construction of college graduates’ employment guidance faculty, that is, clarifying the goal of the construction of employment guidance faculty, strengthening professional training and establishing the corresponding reward policy mechanism.
