对实验条件下鼠疫耶尔森氏菌 p H6抗原的免疫效果及其对鼠疫强毒菌再攻击的保护力进行了观察 :(1)建立了鼠疫菌 p H6抗原的酶联免疫吸附试验 (简称 p H6 Ag- EL ISA)及间接红细胞凝集试验 (简称 p H6 Ag- IHA)检测技术 ,检测敏感、特异 ;(2 )用常规方法免疫小鼠 ,以 p H6 Ag- EL ISA和 p H6 Ag- IHA两种方法进行检测 ,实验动物均出现了较高滴度的免疫反应 ,其最高滴度分别为 1∶ 12 80 0和 1∶ 10 2 40 ;(3)对 40只免疫昆明小鼠进行鼠疫强毒菌攻击 ,其半数致死量虽较对照组稍有提高 ,但保护效果不明显 ;对产生这一结果的原因进行了分析 ,在此基础上 ,对其在鼠疫免疫中的地位做出了评价
