为评价转反义PEP基因油菜超油1号菜籽油的食用安全性,对该样品进行了急性毒性试验和致突变试验。结果表明,转反义PEP基因超高油油菜菜籽油属无毒级,无致突变作用。大鼠90d喂养试验结果显示,各试验组大鼠体重、进食量、食物利用率、血常规、脏体比及病理组织学观察等各项指标与阴性对照均无显著性差异,无作用剂量为10.0m l/kg体重。
In order to evaluate the food safety of antisense PEP gene rapeseed oil No.1 rapeseed oil, acute toxicity test and mutagenicity test were carried out on this sample. The results showed that the trans-antisense PEP gene rapeseed oil was non-toxic and non-mutagenic. The results of 90-day feeding experiments in rats showed no significant differences in body weight, food intake, food utilization rate, blood routine, visceral ratio and histopathological observation of rats in each experimental group and the negative control, the no-effect dose 10.0 ml / kg body weight.
