为了帮助老区运用科学技术脱贫致富,江西省九江市委、市政府和修水县委,县政府把帮助农产办沼气,解决农村炊事用能作为一项重要任务来抓。去年市政府决定拨出专项经费四十万元,以老区修水县为重点,帮助一万农户建沼气池,并把这件事列为现全市人民办23件实事中的一件。老区修水县,地处江西省西北。全县有50个乡,587个村,6242个村民小组,59万多农业人口。
In order to help the old-age areas to use science and technology to get rid of poverty and get rich, the Jiujiang Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Government, and the Xiushui County Party Committee and County Government of Jiangxi Province, as an important task, helped to help farmers run biogas and solve rural-use cooking. Last year, the municipal government decided to earmark a special fund of 400,000 yuan to focus on the Xiujiang County, to help 10,000 farmers to build biogas digesters, and to list this matter as one of the 23 things that the people in the city now do. Xiushui County, is located in the northwest of Jiangxi Province. The county has 50 townships, 587 villages, 6242 villagers group, more than 590,000 agricultural population.
