随着课程改革的不断深化,广大教师的追求品位越来越高,在享受教学成果的同时,把经验推而广之,教师们幸福着并快乐着。教师们在享受着校园生活快乐每一天的同时也体验着突破教学难点的喜悦。老师的教学是为了让学生在智力上和精神上得到成长。学生对知识的渴望是教师研究课程、改变课堂现状的原动力。儿童的学习愿望如一股溪流,教师如何把溪流汇合成滔滔的大河。这是广大教育工作者的追求和核心。
With the continuous deepening of the curriculum reform, the majority of teachers pursue higher and higher qualifications, while enjoying the teaching achievements, while pushing the experience wide, the teachers are happier and happier.
