虽然复合材料在航空行业的使用率越来越高,但复合材料的使用却不一定具有系统性。因此,在使用复合材料之前,经过有力的论证是必不可免的。使用大量采用了结构缝合技术和非密实的预制件,设计和制造了整体的飞机结构和无紧固件连接结构。这都将大量减少了装配工具的使用,加快了装配效率,并且降低了重量。相对于传统的复合材料,该结构不但减少了腐蚀问题以及维修问题,并且还降低了成本。
Although composites are increasingly used in the aerospace industry, the use of composites is not necessarily systematic. Therefore, before the use of composite materials, after a strong argument is inevitable. The use of a large number of structural stitching techniques and non-densified preforms has been designed and manufactured to provide an integral aircraft structure and fastener-free connection. This will significantly reduce the use of assembly tools, speed up the assembly process, and reduce weight. Compared to traditional composite materials, this structure not only reduces corrosion and maintenance issues, but also reduces costs.
