我们每个教师都知道备课是提高教学质量的重要关键。但是,有些教师,特别是农村单班小学的教师,由於工作繁忙和缺少经验,往往不备课,或者备课不得法。现在我把我教单班小学对备课所体会到的点滴经验介绍出来,请大家指正! (一)时间要从忙中挤。我们农村单班小学教师,一个人独当一面,除掉搞好业务,还要自己进修和配合群众工作,工作忙碌、繁重。我们虽明知备课的重要性,但往往苦於没有时间。为了要挤出时间备课,我把每天工作的时间作了适当的支配,订了一个作息时间表。对於何时做何事,切实按时执行。我每天备课是利用整个晚上,因为我在白天把所有的工作都做完。譬如:早上坚持自学一小时,对於学生的各种作业都争取在当天下午课後就批改完,不让它积压。因此每天晚上就能够空出较长的时间(约有二、三小时)专作备课之用。像这样工作抓得紧,作息有规律,时间比较易於挤出,备课便不致感到没有时间了。(二)要有备课笔记。我自制了一本备课录.把所准备的讲课提纲简要地记录在上面,以此作为教学依据,并便於在讲课时照此系统地讲授。(三)要对教材深入钻研。备课时应该将课文加以钻研,以便掌握内容,联系实际,得出系统的讲课提纲来。我在备语文课时,先将课文反复阅读几遍,然後参照“教学参考资料”,并结合实际确
