意拳自王芗斋先生始创以来,数十年间发展甚快,极受国内外广大爱好者的推崇。王安平先生于1958年师从王斌魁先生,几十年来刻苦锻炼,苦心参悟,尽得意拳精髓。王安平先生在积极实践、全面继承意拳的基础上又充实发展了意拳的某些内容,于1989年在香港、上海书局发行的王安平的一本专著上将其整个体系首次命名为“意拳气功”。王安平先生在其系列论著中阐明了前辈许多意拳著作中所未明了的问题,如提出练功中意念“麻、热、胀”是入静的最佳途径等。
Since the founding of Wang Zhai vegetarian Italian meaning, the rapid development in decades, highly respected by the majority of enthusiasts at home and abroad. Mr. Wang Anping was instructed by Mr. Wang Binkui in 1958 and worked hard for decades to exert himself on his heart and mind. On the basis of active practice and full succession of Italian fist, Mr. Wang Anping enriched some contents of his Italian fist. In a monograph published by Wang Anping in Hong Kong and Shanghai Publishing House in 1989, the entire system was first named “ Yiquan qigong ”. In his series of treatises, Mr. Wang Anping elucidated the problems unknown in his predecessors’ many Yiquan writings. For example, he suggested that the idea of “numbness, heat and bulging” in practice is the best way to enter the static.
