一、关于素质素质原本是指先天的生理特征或遗传素质,如神经系统、脑的特征和感觉器官、运动器官功能,后来人们扩大了素质的内涵,认为素质即指以人的先天禀赋为基础,在环境和教育影响上形成和发展起来的相对稳定的身心组织的要素、结构及其质量水平。这样素质就把人的自然属性和社会属性都概括进去了。柳斌同志曾指出,素质教育有三个要点,一是面向全体学生;二是德智体美全面发展;三是生动、活泼、主动发展,所以素质教育就是全面和谐、主动发展的教育。
