目的探讨一种基于碱性碘化钾比色法的高浓度臭氧(O3)分析方法。方法基于碱性碘化钾比色法,从臭氧样品的稀释、稀释剂的选择以及不同的稀释度与分析结果之间的关系等方面,对O3供源所产生的高浓度臭氧分析方法进行了研究。结果高浓度O3样品与碘化钾反应及酸化后形成高碘样品,在预实验基础上,找出某一高碘的稀释样品在加淀粉后不产生悬浮物的最小稀释度;正式实验时,在略大于该稀释度的条件下,加淀粉显色,再对显色溶液进行稀释,在减少稀释倍数的前提下,尽量将此显色溶液稀释到标准色列管的第3~6管之间,测定结果准确。结论该方法能较好地分析高浓度O3供源所产生的臭氧浓度。
Objective To investigate a high concentration ozone (O3) analysis method based on alkaline potassium iodide colorimetry. Methods Based on the alkaline potassium iodide colorimetric method, the ozone concentration in O3 source was studied from the aspects of the dilution of ozone sample, the choice of diluent and the relationship between different dilution and analysis results. Results High concentrations of O3 samples reacted with potassium iodide and acidified to form high iodine samples. Based on the preliminary experiments, the minimum dilution of a high iodine diluted sample without adding suspended solids was found out. On the formal experiment, Greater than the dilution of the conditions, add color starch, and then dilute the chromogenic solution, reducing the dilution factor under the premise, as far as possible to dilute the chromogenic solution to the standard tube between the first 3 ~ 6, The measurement result is accurate. Conclusion This method can better analyze the concentration of ozone produced by high concentration O3 source.
