报告手术治疗左心房粘液瘤73例。一旦确诊，应抓紧时机旅行“亚急症”手术。推荐用右房及房间隔切口，对瘤蒂周房间隔作大范围切除与补片成形术。术后应加强定期作二维超声心动图检查，以期及早发现复发病例。
Surgical treatment of left atrial myxoma was performed in 73 cases. Once diagnosed, you should seize the opportunity to travel “sub-acute” surgery. It is recommended to use the right atrium and atrial septal incision to perform extensive resection and patch angioplasty on the periventricular septum. After surgery, two-dimensional echocardiography should be regularly performed to detect early recurrences.
