急性胃粘膜损伤在婴儿较少见,现遇到一例,特报告如下: 患儿陈某,性别男,年岁6个月,江西南康县人。因发热腹泻呕吐三天,尿少二天,面色发灰、手脚发凉一小时于86年12月15日入院。缘患儿于入院前三天开始发热,为中等度热;腹泻,解蛋花水样便,每日5—6次,每次量多;伴呕吐,呕出胃内容物,一日呕吐3—4次;无咳嗽。入院前一天出现腹泻加剧,一日十多次,并出现口干、尿少、精神差。曾给患儿肌注“庆大霉素”、口服“磺胺类”药物,但未见效。入院当天早上患儿出现面色发灰,手脚发凉,其父即给患儿口服“复方阿斯匹林”一片(含0.42)及强的松15mg,观察一小时无好转,
