目的观察右美托咪定(艾贝宁)应用于全身麻醉(全麻)苏醒拔管期患儿的临床效果。方法 120例全麻行鼾症手术患儿,随机分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组患儿拔管期应用生理盐水,研究组患儿则应用艾贝宁,对比两组患儿的拔管期苏醒质量。结果两组患儿的麻醉恢复时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患儿在用药后、拔管时以及拔管后5 min的平均动脉压(MAP)以及心率(HR)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血氧饱和度(Sp O2)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在躁动患儿方面,研究组躁动患儿显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾贝宁能够有效改善患儿全麻后拔管期苏醒质量,从而保障患儿的拔管期安全,有重要临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine (Ebenem) applied to general anesthesia (general anesthesia) in wakeful extubation. Methods 120 children under general anesthesia snoring surgery were randomly divided into control group and study group, each 60 cases. Children in the control group were given saline during extubation, while those in study group were given Ai Bening. The recovery quality of the two groups was compared. Results There was no significant difference in recovery time of anesthesia between the two groups (P> 0.05). The mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) of the study group after treatment, extubation, Better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in Sp O2 between the two groups (P> 0.05). In restless children, there was a significant difference between the study group and the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Ai Bening can effectively improve the quality of awake after extubation during general anesthesia in children, so as to ensure the safety of extubation in children and has important clinical value.
