今年“两会”期间,人大代表和政协委员将关注的视角转向城市贫困人群的生存状况。代表、委员们纷纷呼吁在关注经济发展的同时,努力完善城镇社会保障体系,下大力气解决城市人口的贫困问题。
During this year’s “two sessions,” people’s deputies and CPPCC members turned their attention to the living conditions of the urban poor. Representatives and members all urged that while focusing on economic development, efforts should be made to improve the urban social security system and make great efforts to solve the problem of poverty in the urban population.
