80年代以来,我国先后建立不少经济特区和开发区,区内涉外企业迅速发展,成为地方经济不可或缺的组成部分。2001年12月中国加入世贸组织,必然将有越来越多的涉外企业进入我国,它们带来先进的生产设备和生产技术,给经济发展注入生机活力,同时也将带来一些突发公共卫生问题,突发卫生事件理论和实践面临许多新挑战和新课题。本文结合工作实际,拟就昆山市突发公共卫生事件应急模式的建立作以下探讨。
