中国的医疗体制改革越来越引发世人关注了。继2005年11月3日世界银行公布其特别专题简报——《改革中国的卫生系统》之后,IBM 商业价值研究院也针对医疗卫生行业推出了第一本白皮书——《迎接2010:中国医疗卫生事业前景展望》。白皮书说,为实现医疗改革的整体设想,政府很可能会增加投入……还应当用创新的手段平衡资金和资源。同时,医疗机构也应当采用新的管理模式和新的方法来提供医疗服
China’s medical system reform has increasingly attracted world attention. Following the announcement by the World Bank on November 3, 2005, of its special feature brief, “Reform China’s Health System,” the IBM Institute for Business Value also launched the first white paper for the healthcare industry – “Meeting 2010: China’s Healthcare Business Outlook." The White Paper stated that in order to achieve the overall vision of health care reform, the government is likely to increase its investment... It should also use innovative means to balance funding and resources. At the same time, medical institutions should also adopt new management models and new methods to provide medical services.
