利用傅里叶变换漫反射近红外光谱技术和大量代表性油菜籽标准样品建立完整油菜籽中芥酸、硫甙测定模型,内部交叉法和外部检验集样品对模型验证结果表明:芥酸、硫甙模型复相关系数分别为0.9618和0.9785,内部验证均方差(RMSECV)分别为1.97和5.16。用所建模型对油菜籽样品芥酸、硫甙测定结果与国家和国际标准方法测定结果基本一致,建立的近红外分析模型能够满足油菜育种中对初级世代材料芥酸、硫甙含量的快速测定筛选要求。
The model of erucic acid and glucosinolate in intact rapeseed was established by using the technique of Fourier transform diffuse reflectance near infrared spectroscopy and a large number of representative rapeseed samples. The internal cross method and external test sample were used to validate the model. The results showed that erucic acid and sulfur The correlation coefficient of glycosides model was 0.9618 and 0.9785 respectively, and the RMSECV of internal glyphosate were 1.97 and 5.16, respectively. The results of erucic acid and glucosinolate assay of rapeseed samples were consistent with those of national and international standard methods. The established near infrared analysis model can meet the rapid determination of content of erucic acid and glucosinolate of primary generation in rapeseed breeding Filter requirements.
