夏季运动由于不受衣物的束缚。从而成为运动人群喜欢的季节。但是因为夏季天气炎热，紫外强烈，人体在运动时出汗较多等因素，也使得夏季运动较易发生中暑、日晒伤害、热抽筋等夏季常铜陵运动伤害。
