加强青年学生的心理健康教育是时代的需要。当前我国青年学生的心理问题比较严重,产生的原因也很复杂,包括社会的、家庭的、学校的等各种因素。我们应从优化青年学生的成长环境、加强青年学生的心理素质和采用正确的心理健康教育方式入手解决此问题。
It is the need of the times to strengthen the mental health education of young students. At present, the psychological problems of young students in our country are rather serious, and their causes are also very complicated, including various factors such as social, family and school. We should begin to solve this problem by optimizing the growth environment of young students, strengthening the psychological quality of young students and adopting the correct mental health education.
