为促进我国天然气和液化石油气汽车的健康、快速发展,经过近一年的筹备,经国家技术监督局批准,全国汽车标准化技术委员会天然气和液化石油气汽车标准化分技术委员会(以下简称分标委)成立大会于1997年9月15日至9月19日在深圳召开。成立大会由分标委秘书长、中国汽车技术研究中心检测所所长张红卫主持。来自国家技术监督局、机械工业部、国家计委、国家科委、中国石油天然气总公司、建设部和深圳市等单位的领导出席了会议,全国近40个单位的56名代表参加了成立大会。 分标委秘书长张红卫首先介绍了分标委筹建过程、委员单位组成情况。国家技术监督局标准化司三
