Occupational epidemiological investigation of the menstrual changes in 776 women exposed to mercury and 592 controls was carried out. The results showed that the main changes in menstruation caused by long-term low-level exposure to mercury were dysmenorrhea, with mercury exposure at 0.03mg / m3 , The incidence of dysmenorrhea also increased with the increase of mercury exposure concentration, showing a dose-response relationship. When the mercury exposure level exceeded 0.06mg / m ~ 3, the incidence of menstrual menstruation was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). General mercury exposure levels below 0.06mg / m ~ 3, the menstrual cycle, menstrual and menstrual changes were not significant.
