采用金相、电镜、能谱仪等手段对盘管穿孔原因进行了分析。结果表明 :盘管穿孔主要原因是由于氧腐蚀和氯腐蚀共同引起 ,在盘管内壁表面存在微裂纹为腐蚀提供更有利条件。并提出了预防措施。
The causes of coil perforation were analyzed by means of metallography, electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results show that the main reason of coil perforation is due to the combination of oxygen corrosion and chlorine corrosion. The presence of microcracks on the inner wall of the coil provides more favorable conditions for corrosion. And proposed preventive measures.
