宝宝的饮食应该清淡,但是夏天出汗多,肌体内大量盐分随之排出体外,缺盐使渗透压失衡,影响代谢,宝宝易出现乏力、厌食。所以,专家提醒,家长可以在宝宝的菜肴中适当多放些盐,以补充其体内盐分的丢失。此外,专家还提醒,尽管要适当补盐,但不宜吃盐过多,否则有害无益。一般来说,8个月以内宝宝的辅食不要放盐;一岁到两岁的孩子每日食盐的摄入量在0.8克~1.5克之间。幼儿园大班以上年龄的孩子,特别是活动量大、出汗多的宝宝需要适量补盐。
