本机结构简单(见图),可同时修理0～25,25～50,50～75毫米三种规格的千分尺。为减少噪音采用了尼龙凸轮。传动系统是由电机带动三角皮带轮,经双联蜗杆分别使横向偏心轮轴和杠杆支点轴运动。托架与滑板连接,使研磨器在千分尺两测量面间纵横移动。研磨千分尺时,所走的轨迹为正反 M 型。使用前的准备及要求(1)研磨之前必须调好千分尺轴向与径向间隙;
