随着经济全球化以及全球一体化的不断发展,利用国际和平环境积极参与国际分工、深化国际合作已成为许多国家推动社会经济发展的战略途径。2014年是我国深化改革的一年,坚持和完善基本经济制度、完善现代市场体系、发挥市场的决定性作用是全面深化改革的题中要义,尤其是要探索构建支持企业“走出去”的体制机制,创新国际经贸合作模式,以此助推中国企业融入世界市场产业链,用全球视野带动企业的深度发展。
With the economic globalization and the continuous development of global integration, it has become a strategic way for many countries to promote social and economic development by actively participating in the international division of labor and deepening international cooperation through the peaceful international environment. 2014 is a year for deepening our reforms. To uphold and improve the basic economic system, perfect the modern market system and give play to the decisive role of the market are the key issues for deepening the reform in an all-round manner. In particular, we should explore the construction of a supportive enterprise for “going out” Institutional mechanisms and innovation in international economic and trade cooperation so as to boost the integration of Chinese enterprises into the industrial chain of the world market and drive the in-depth development of enterprises from a global perspective.
