为进一步做好宅基地和集体建设用地使用权确权登记工作,自然资源部组织编制了《宅基地和集体建设用地使用权确权登记工作问答》(以下简称《问答》),《问答》分为4个部分,共77问,从工作组织、地籍调查、确权登记、成果入库和整合汇交等方面对相关问题进行解答。本刊从2021年第1期开始,对《问答》内容进行连续刊载。
